"请坐"比较礼貌的说法：Take a seat.(please)
Have a seat. (please)
比如说：Hi, Sean, thank you for coming, please take a seat.Sean, 感谢你的到来。快请坐。
Come on in and take a seat.快请进，请坐。
Please have a seat. I'll go get Bill for you.
你先坐一会。我帮你去找Bill。Have a seat. I'll be with you in a minute.
你先坐一会。我一会过来找你哈。
拓展：Please be seated.各位请坐。（比较正式）Ladies and gentlemen, please be seated.
女士们先生们，请就座。

✍✅老外口语中常说的“gonna”到底怎么用？没你想的那么简单！
当语速非常快时，
母语是英语的人会把“going to”说成“gonna”。
举个例子：
I’m gonna order a pizza.
= I’m going to order a pizza.
We’re gonna take a walk after class.
= We’re going to take a walk after class.
She’s gonna buy a car next week.
= She’s going to buy a car next week.
非正式文本中“gonna”这个词经常出现，
像是网上聊天，
给朋友发邮件或者发信息时。
但是我们应当避免在正式场合，
比如商业会谈、
报告或者论文中使用。
你需要特别注意的是，
并不是所有的going to都可以说成gonna。
✅“Gonna”的正确用法？
Gonna 出现于将来时，
在“going to”的作用是辅助另一个动词时，
才可以说成gonna。
在我刚刚提到的例子中，
动词分别是order, take，和buy，
而gonna (going to)表示这些动作会在将来发生。
We’re gonna take a walk after class.
She’s gonna buy a car next week.
I’m gonna order a pizza.（虽然没有明显时间，
但是我们可以推测出这将会在一段时间后发生）。
✍不能使用“gonna”的情况？
我们不能在going to为实意动词时，
用gonna替代它们。
举个例子，不要说：
I’m gonna New York tomorrow.
We’re gonna a coffee shop after class.
They’re gonna skiing on Saturday.
在这些句子中，
going to是主要的动词，你只能说成：
I’m going to New York tomorrow.
We’re going to a coffee shop after class.
They’re going skiing on Saturday.
✍如何使用“gonna go”？
你还可能听到过外国人说“gonna go”
在这里，gonna是来辅助动词go的 :
I’m gonna go to New York tomorrow.
We’re gonna go to a coffee shop after class.
They’re gonna go skiing on Saturday.
这样的说法也是正确的，
因为gonna被用来辅助动词go
I’m going to New York tomorrow.
= I’m gonna go to New York tomorrow.
他们的意思完全一样，只是第二种比较不正式，
但是都是对的。

当在非正式场合时，
going to若起辅助动词的作用时，
可以和gonna互相替换
going to如果是实意动词
千万就不要用gonna了。
